While staying at the lodge there are a variety of great opportunities besides riding. With great horse trails in every direction, the hiking is fantastic. Whether an evening stroll or a daylong trek up the mountain, you will love the views. 

Do they love to fly fish?

One of the great benefits to the keen horse back rider at Tsylos Park Lodge is that we not only have an outstanding horseback riding package, but we have an excellent fly fishing package as well for non riding companions. If you have a mate who loves the outdoors and loves to fly fish, you can spend the day riding and your mate can spend a great day on the Chilko River fly fishing.  

Canoeing, Kayak, or Hike

Besides great fly fishing and horseback riding, the Chilko Lake area offers excellent hiking, kayaking, and canoeing right outside the lodge porch. We  keep canoes and kayaks at the lodge for our guests to use. One of the guides can assist you with this and give you some pointers on paddling.
