Tempuratures & Weather at Tsylos

The months of May, June and September are usually warm during the daytime, but can get cool in the evenings. During July and August you can expect temperatures in the low 70's to mid 90's Fahrenheit, (18 to 30 oC). For more information, visit our seasons page.

If you are someone who enjoys creature comforts and prefers a hot bath and comfortable bed after a full day outdoors, you will love our lodge-based horse trekking trips. These trips are designed to get you out riding the trails during the day, but back to a cozy, comfortable lodge in the evening.

On the other hand, if you are used to roughing it and have a great sense of adventure, you might want to book a Mountain Pack Trip, the most hardcore of horse trekking vacations. Based out of our Goat Camp, these horse trekking trips allow you to really explore the Chilko Mountains and get up close with nature.

If your family has mixed interest, you can even combine horse trekking trips with our other packages, which include fly fishing and wildlife photography trips.
