Mountain Pack Horseback Riding Guides

Your wilderness horse guides are experienced horse people and love the the outdoors; they are not only experienced, but great people to share your trip with.  They love the trips as much as you will. There are normally two guides on the trip who are experieced in Wilderness first aid, carry an emergency satelite radio phone, and first aid kit. Camp chores are a group effort; we encourage everyone to lend a helping hand when needed. Its fun to learn new skills like making a fire from scratch, chopping wood, hobbling a horse, learning new knots, sleeping out in the open air, the guides can teach you.

Tasty Meals, A Campfire, A Glass of Wine, & A Cozy Tent, its All You Really Need!

Our campfire gourmet meals are prepared over an open fire and are delicious and plentiful. All our food is freshly prepared and made with the utmost cleanliness and care. Freshly prepared salads, meats, pastas, and vegetables are prepared daily and cooked over the open fire. Everything is packed with us on our steady pack horses.

We also take a mini bar which is chosen prior to leaving the lodge.  It is beautiful to get to camp after a gorgeous ride for the day, get your home away from home set up, the horses staked out, and enjoy a glass of wine while dinner sizzles over the campfire. 

Why sleep inside a tent, when you can sleep under a blanket of a million stars!
